The hotel is set in the best possible and decent location close enough to a park and all shops & restutants. The employees are professional. The rooms are practical and neat, have feather pillows.

Staff exceptionally helpful - returned forgotten chocolates and even sent them to London. Kids amenities, well-equipped kitchen, and stunning balcony views. Great location, close to attractions. Family-friendly with play area and temperature-controlled pool. com.

It's great place to stay 6 km away from Harder Kulm. It has central location and easy walk to the train station. Really good and pleasant people that welcomes you in: )

It has marvellous and beautiful location in Interlaken right by surrounding areas, all local attractions, and both local train stations.

I've had a comfortable stay in terms of ensuring we have a good vacation. Whole place was clean with exceptional views; marvellous and lovely location right in the city centre. The staff was consistently courteous and pleasant, everything was great.

The staff are very amiable, managed the parking on-site. The room is a nice size and there are great views of the snow capped mountains. Great to have a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating.

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel! The venue was ideal, had exceptional views and amazing location near downtown area, ost dalla quale parte un treno ogni mezz'ora per Grindelwald, and the park across the street. The staff were really good and pleasant, you should know it. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was appetising!

Loved my stay, had a very comfortable experience. Came here for 1 day, the hotel was great, it had BEAUTIFUL location near main tourist spots, and the restaurant for breakfast. The personnel was really good and pleasant, doing their best to assist. The room was very specious and quiet in general, with very nice balcony.

The food was tasty with plenty of choice! The pool area was excellent and the location was best possible, near the shops and sightseeing spots, and the train station.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay, right in the center of Interlaken. We loved being surrounded by all the amenities and lively streets. The room size was great and having two bathrooms with showers made getting ready so much easier. The front staff was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to using the washing machines. We were grateful for the individualized assistance we received. The honesty shop was very convenient and had everything we needed.

Plus, it was in front of a bus stop and the rooms were practical and neat. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was savoury!

Extremely rude staff!

During our Easter stay, we really enjoyed the spacious and clean room at the hotel. It was perfect for our family, and we especially loved the big balcony where we could watch people paragliding. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was right in the center of everything. Shops, train and bus stations were all within easy reach, making it very convenient for us. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options and we were always left feeling full and satisfied.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our overall experience. the kitchen in our room was not fully equipped and the utensils provided were dirty and old.
